Most tour operators now sell each others holidays great visit one site and check all availability well no,  each has a different search method and often you get a different price. 

Some include transfers and in-flight meals others charge these as an extra some class a child as being under 12 others up to 16 years of age.

Watch out for that FREE child place by taking it you may have to pay an under occupancy charge which could cost you more than paying for the child.

If flying Long haul flying from London will save you money even if you need to book a low cost flight to London from your local airport.

When selecting which operators to include we tested each for the ability to find holidays on the dates and to the destinations we chose  and on price together with easy navigation of the site and search speed.

We chose the summer school holidays 2008 for the search date and looked for 3* family apartments and 3* hotels.

We checked out the aircraft fleet and on time scale.

We also included Thomascook although not cheap these days and the aircraft are a bit old they do from time to time have a bargain.

Thomson is included because they are starting to offer some reasonable deals however the number one still has to be Direct Holidays and there airline Mytravel.
